Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use Waitkeep: what the list can be relied on for, your content, acceptable use and support.

What this is
Waitkeep keeps a standing waitlist for a pro and a private position page for each person on it. It shows the pro's current order and the offers the pro makes. It does not book sessions, take payments or promise anyone a place: the pro decides the order and who is offered a slot, and is responsible for telling families about offers. Anyone who has a link can use it until the pro replaces it, so keep position links private.
Names used
Passkeys, browsers, calendar apps and booking tools are named descriptively. Waitkeep is not affiliated with any booking platform, tutoring agency, training franchise or grooming chain.
Payments
No paid plan is offered at present; if one is added, this page will describe it.
Your content
A pro owns their lists and is responsible for the details people give when they join, and for using them only to manage the list. A family can take their own name off a list at any time. A pro can download everything they own and delete their account at any time from the account page; the privacy page says exactly what is stored and for how long.
Acceptable use
Use a list for your own practice's waitlist. Do not collect a child's full name, date of birth or school, do not put anything unlawful or hateful in a list, do not join a list in someone else's name, do not try to guess links, and do not send requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and runs within free hosting limits that can make it busy for a while. To the extent the law allows, Waitkeep is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a change that was not saved, a missed offer or a link that was shared further than intended.
